How it works:
Once a short sale lead comes in for your zip code area(s) of service, you will be contacted via email and voice broadcast phone call with details about the property: zip code, mortgage balance, current estimated market value, foreclosure date, bankruptcy status, and owner's financial hardship. You will have 24 hours to accept the lead.
